Cronos Explorer API Service Is Now Available
We have developed the Cronos Developer APIs to empower developers with access to Cronos blockchain data and services via GET/POST requests.
We're thrilled to announce the launch of the new Cronos Explorer API service, a powerful tool that provides developers with programmatic access to a wide range of data on Cronos. Whether you're building a decentralized application (dapp) or game, or simply want to analyse data, the Cronos Explorer API service offers a range of features and benefits to help you achieve your goals.
API Service
We have developed the Cronos Developer APIs to empower developers with access to Cronos blockchain data and services via GET/POST requests. The API service requires an API key for authentication, which is provided upon registration for the membership. Available data includes:
Accounts data: balance, transaction history, internal transactions
Blocks data: block details, block timestamp predictions
Contracts data: ABI, source code, verification submissions
Transactions data: transaction status
Logs data: log details
ETH proxy: a proxy for commonly used EVM RPC endpoints
Tokens data: account balance for tokens, total supply for tokens
Statistics data: CRO statistics
Membership
The Cronos Explorer API service is expected to offer Cronos users a membership plan with a range of features and benefits. Currently, the user console includes:
1) Contract Verification Status Tracking, where members can track the status of submitted smart contract verifications so that they can expose their smart contract code to end-users who wish to do their own research.
2) API Key Creation, where members can create API keys for accessing the Cronos Explorer API service, allowing them to integrate the chain data into their own applications and services.
Getting Started
Getting started with the Cronos Explorer API service is easy. Simply register an account on the Account Registration page and sign in to your account dashboard to access API key management and features.
You can then view your API keys, including the default API key provided upon registration, and use them to access the API service and retrieve data from the provided endpoints.
The API service is well-documented with comprehensive guides and examples to help you get started quickly and easily. The API documentation includes information on making requests, parsing responses, and using the various endpoints, as well as provides access to a range of data on Cronos, including accounts, blocks, contracts, transactions, logs, tokens, statistics, and more.
