Cronos Labs Collaborates with AWS to Boost Web3 Startup Growth

Cronos Labs, a blockchain startup accelerator that focuses on decentralized finance, blockchain games, and the development of the Cronos chain’s ecosystem, has announced it will leverage AWS Activate, an Amazon Web Services, Inc (AWS) program designed to help startups and early-stage entrepreneurs to succeed in the cloud, to support the Web3 startups scale and grow through the Cronos Accelerator Program. 

The program aims to support developers to build the next generation Web3 applications within the Cronos ecosystem, targeting verticals of DeFi, GameFi, SocialFi, and Infrastructure. The selected projects will go through a 12-week acceleration program and receive upfront seed funding of USD $30,000 from Cronos Labs. Participants will also have the chance to secure up to US$300K in further seed funding from Cronos Labs and its partners, as well as attend mentoring sessions, bespoke masterclasses, and fireside chats with industry experts.

This collaboration with AWS Activate aims to accelerate the adoption and integration of blockchain technology in Web3, providing startups with access to AWS’s resources and Cronos Labs’ expertise in blockchain development. Startups enrolled in the Cronos Accelerator Program through AWS Activate, can leverage the full breadth of AWS infrastructure and services including AWS cloud credits, office hours, and mentorship.

Through this collaboration, startups will benefit from the scalability, security, and flexibility of AWS's cloud infrastructure, allowing them to build and deploy their blockchain-based applications quickly and efficiently. They can also explore innovation at the intersection of blockchain from a range of machine learning and AI services offered by AWS. Cronos Labs will provide technical, commercial support, funding support, and guidance to help startups build the next generation of decentralized applications that onboard millions of potential new users.
